Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InoDocs Sign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. InoDocs Sign is operated by InoDocs Sign SaaS, a company incorporated under Algerian law.

2. Description of Service

InoDocs Sign is a legally compliant electronic signature platform operating under Algerian Law n° 15-04 of February 1, 2015. The Service enables users to:

  • Upload PDF documents for electronic signature
  • Send signature requests to one or more signatories
  • Authenticate signatories via OTP (One-Time Password)
  • Generate and store tamper-evident signed documents
  • Access a complete, immutable audit trail
  • Verify document authenticity via SHA-256 hash

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Verify your email address via the confirmation link
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. InoDocs Sign reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Quotas

InoDocs Sign offers several subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly document quota:

Quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused quota does not carry over. Exceeding your quota will block new signature requests until the quota resets or you upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit fraudulent, forged, or unlawful documents
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Send signature requests without the signatory's prior consent
  • Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms or access controls
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engage in any activity that violates Algerian law or international regulations

6. Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures produced by InoDocs Sign qualify as Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) under Algerian Law n° 15-04. They carry a presumption of reliability when:

  • The signatory's identity is verified via OTP sent to their registered email
  • Document integrity is guaranteed by a SHA-256 hash
  • A complete audit trail (IP, timestamp, user-agent) is preserved

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property on InoDocs Sign (including but not limited to the interface, logo, codebase, and documentation) are owned by InoDocs Sign SaaS and protected under Algerian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

InoDocs Sign is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InoDocs Sign SaaS shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential damages; loss of data or documents; service interruptions caused by third parties; or any damage arising from the content of documents submitted by users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Data Retention

Signed documents and their associated audit trails are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the date of signature, in compliance with Algerian legal requirements. You may request export of your data at any time.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. InoDocs Sign may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to export signed documents for 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

12. Changes to These Terms

InoDocs Sign may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
