InoDocs Sign is based on the principles of Law No. 15-04 of 1 February 2015. Each signature is accompanied by an RFC 3161 timestamp, a SHA-256 hash and a complete audit trail (IP, date, user agent), constituting robust legal value. Effective admissibility depends on the contractual context — consult your legal counsel for acts requiring a qualified AGCE/AECE signature.
The signatory receives a unique link by email. They view the document, draw or type their signature, then validate with a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) code sent by email. This mechanism constitutes strong authentication compliant with Law 15-04.
Yes. Anyone can verify a document signed on InoDocs Sign via the /verify page, by entering the SHA-256 hash of the document. The system returns the signing date, the number of signatories and the identity of each signatory.
InoDocs Sign offers a free Freemium plan (5 documents/month), a Starter plan at 2,500 DZD/month (50 documents), a Pro plan at 9,900 DZD/month (200 documents) and a Business plan at 29,900 DZD/month (1,000 documents). Payment by CIB, Edahabia, BaridiMob or bank transfer.
All data is hosted in Algeria, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 relating to the protection of personal data. Documents are stored encrypted on dedicated servers located in Algiers.
